LG Optimus G Pro Coming To Asian Markets On May 30?

Finally, it looks like LG will bring its latest flagship smartphone to to Asian markets, as the company has sent out press invitations for an event in Macau on May 30. Though the invite doesn’t explicitly mention the launch of Optimus G Pro, but one can safely assume that Optimus G Pro will indeed be launched at the event, as LG has already launched the smart phone in the United States and some European markets.
The specifications of the smart phone are exactly what you would expect from a flashing device. The LG Optimus G Pro gets a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS Plus LCD capacitive touchscreen display and under the hood, it is powered by a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm APQ8064T Snapdragon 600 processor paired with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 320 GPU.
At the back, the smartphone gets a 13 megapixel camera with LED flash, capable of recording videos in 1080p, and at the front, it gets a 2.1 megapixel camera for video calling
The smart phone gets an impressive 32GB of internal storage, which can further be expanded by up to 64GB using a micro-SD card.
Running on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, the LG Optimus G Pro gets 4G LTE as well as 3G connectivity, along with the usual set of connectivity options. Powering up the smartphone is a 3,140mAh battery, which promises a talk time of up to 15.5 hours.
We had a chance to go Hands On with the LG Optimus G Pro last month, at the LG tech Show in New Delhi. Back then, some executives told us that the device will come to India in June, and now, with this press invite, we can assume that the exectuvies from LG weren’t bluffing!
